La zona circostante l'appartamento è tranquilla, ma in 5 minuti si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria principale e in 15 minuti il vivace centro della città di Lugano.Uno dei due bagni è predisposto per l'installazione di una lavatrice/asciugatrice (a spese dell'inquilino).
