Upon closer inspection, one notices that this uniqueness and the playfulness of the facade image are largely due to the somewhat randomly arranged windows and their different formats. The floral metalwork also supports this impression. When looking at the front facade, it's not immediately apparent how voluminous the building actually is. When entering the house, one is received by a stately entrance hall. It is an impressive large, high room that brings the charm of Art Nouveau to bear in all its glory. An elaborate and also unique ceramic wall tile is a magnificent reproduction of Gustav Klimt's painting "Wasserschlangen II". It is an effective part of this central area of the house. The floor is covered with polished marble. The house has 13, partly very spacious, living rooms and rooms, several secondary rooms, and additional usable areas.
