To publish your listing, you need to first register for free on Immoscout24. Following registration, we will prompt you to describe your property, input your contact and billing details, and select your desired service package.
Your listing remains live on Immoscout24 until you find a tenant and choose to archive it. You can edit or remove it once a tenant is found by logging into your personal area and accessing the "My listings" section.
To manage or edit your listing, log into your personal area and select "My listings". From there, you can edit, delete, duplicate, or preview them.
Listings are billed based on the selected billing cycle – weekly, every 2, 4, or 8 weeks. This way, you only pay when your listing is online. Otherwise, prices depend on the selected package and reach. Weekly prices range from CHF 49.87 to CHF 339.
The Basic listing is our entry-level option for advertising a property. Your listing appears in search results below Premium and Top listings, and you can upload up to 5 images.
