L'edificio si sviluppa su tre piani fuori terra, con murature in mattoni BKS a vista - utilizzati sia all'interno sia all'esterno - che richiamano per colore e matericità le facciate storiche del nucleo, mentre struttura e finiture in legno (solette, soffitti, serramenti) completano un insieme essenziale e coerente. Al pianterreno l'ingresso con atrio funge da "tampone energetico" tra esterno e interno e introduce ai piani superiori. Il primo piano è dedicato alla zona notte, mentre all'ultimo livello un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo e cucina è organizzato per sfruttare l'ultimo raggio di sole, offrendo uno spazio generoso e luminoso.
