We are selling our ground-floor apartment in Aldesago, and we are doing so with a bit of nostalgia, because it is a truly special place. Surrounded by nature, just 7 minutes from the center of Lugano, it offers something that is hard to find: absolute silence. Access is via a private driveway, separated from the cantonal road by a natural curve, the noise of traffic does not penetrate into any room. All around, only forest and green.
We have renovated it between 2024 and 2025 with care, and today it comprises over 80 m² of living space and 70 m² of outdoor space: about a third covered terrace with lounge area and stone barbecue with integrated lighting and electrical outlets, two-thirds private garden, a true extension of the living area to the outside.
What we have done:
We have redesigned the kitchen with a central island with integrated oven, conceived to disappear visually into the open living space. We have renewed the bathrooms, installed a new boiler, improved the electrical system, and brought in fiber optics. In one of the bedrooms, we have realized a custom-made wall closet.
In the entrance, we have carved out a spacious laundry/wardrobe, already prepared for washing machine, dryer, plumbing, and sink, and already designed to be converted, with little work, into a third complete bathroom with shower and window (if desired).
The asbestos test was carried out with a negative result.
