Ich suche per 16. Oktober oder 1. November eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für meine helle 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (54 m²) in ruhiger Lage in Kilchberg.

Die Wohnung hat eine grosszügige Terrasse zum Sitzen und Entspannen, ist sehr hell und verfügt über eine Küche mit V-Zug Geräten sowie Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung. Zudem gibt es ein grosses (trockenes) Kellerabteil, welches viel Stauraum bietet.

Ausserdem passen einige Möbelstücke ideal zur Wohnung – insbesondere Stauraum für Küche, Bad und Kleider sowie die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer. Diese würde ich gerne zu einem fairen Preis überlassen.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a bright 2.5-room apartment in a quiet part of Kilchberg, available from October 16th or November 1st.

The apartment has a spacious terrace, perfect for sitting and relaxing, is very bright throughout, and comes with a kitchen equipped with V-Zug appliances as well as a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. There's also a large (dry) cellar compartment offering plenty of storage space.

On top of that, a few pieces of furniture fit the apartment really well – especially the storage/cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom, and closet, plus the living room lighting. Happy to hand these over at a fair price if you're interested.
