EQUIPMENT Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher; Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Living room with TV and DVD and sofa. Open bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for 2 children with bathroom in souplex with stairs.
1 ski locker in winter.
PRICE WINTER (no rental in season)
High season Christmas, New Year and February (HS):
CHF 1250.- per week from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 10 am. Included in the price: cleaning (120.-).
Additionally, tourist tax (3.20.- per adult and 1.60.- per child per day) and possibility of parking space in garage (90.-)
Low season (LS): CHF 1100.- per week from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 10 am with cleaning.
Additionally, tourist tax.
January price: 900 Fr. per week.
Overnight stay possible outside of season (minimum 4 nights): 190 Fr. per night (winter) and 100 Fr. in summer + 120 Fr. final cleaning mandatory and tourist tax.
MISCELLANEOUS: BED LINEN per person to be taken: duvet 160x210, pillowcase 50x70 and sheet parents 160x200 and 90x200 (child) and towels or available for a supplement of 25 Fr. per person.
Free WiFi at the main entrance of the complex and the Thermes de la Dixence in Masses, 10 minutes from Thyon.
Two restaurants, an Edelweiss market with fresh bread. Genolet sports shop for ski equipment, playground for children, ski school in winter and doctor directly in Thyon. Summer scooters, hiking, Bisse, Grande Dixence dam.
