The highlight: You have your own toilet for sole use! Additionally, the room is approximately 25m and offers direct access to one of the two cozy balconies.

Furniture according to your wishes: The room can be taken over partially furnished (with existing furniture for free use) if desired. However, you are also welcome to bring your own furniture!

Home office / office option: If you need additional space for work or hobbies, it is possible to rent half of the separate office (total size 10m²) for a small surcharge.

We share the fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, pans, etc.), the inviting hallway, the bathroom with shower/bathtub, and the second balcony. The rooms have parquet/laminate flooring, and the common areas are brightly tiled.

Additional space: A basement compartment is available for shared use.

Laundry: The laundry room is located in the basement.

Pets: Small animals are welcome after consultation.

Parking: A private parking space is available and can be rented separately (not included in the room price).

No tedious settlements at the end of the year! The flat rent already includes everything you need to live:
