It is possible that protective barriers may need to be installed in the future. This issue is currently under study and if the work proves necessary, it should be financed by the renovation fund. The pipes are already installed in the building. The cost of the work is estimated at around CHF 70'000.– and will be covered by the renovation fund. To allow individual temperature control in each room, new thermostats will need to be installed in three rooms. Fiber optic is already present in the building, but not yet connected to the apartment.
