Unoccupied flats
The number of untenanted flats in the Canton Uri makes up 0.65% of the total. For example, 1.28% of flats with 1 room, 0.51% of the existing two-room flats, 1.02% of the existing three-room properties, 0.51% of all 4-room flats and 0.43% of all 5-room flats are presently empty. 0.52% of flats with more than 6 rooms are also currently empty. Of these properties, at least 0.47% are flats with a minimum of 5 rooms.
New properties
Moreover, new flats were constructed in the Canton Uri. In the previous five years, 1296 new flats have been added. The area has 168 flats with one room and 274 2-room flats. Additionally, 379 flats with 3 rooms and 241 flats with 4 rooms have been newly created. Lastly, 129 five-room flats and 105 flats with a minimum of six rooms are ready for new tenants.
