Location:

The project is located in Gravesano, five contiguous but completely independent and private houses have been built.

Construction:

The construction was completed in September 2020, the main structure is made of exposed reinforced concrete. For the interior, all technological materials were used, the windows are thermally insulated with triple glazing, the underfloor heating with heat pump.

House No. 1:

House No. 1 differs from the others as it is located at the beginning of the construction and has three sides of the construction free, a larger garden and an additional uncovered parking space.

On the ground floor, there is the entrance with a shower and the large living room with open kitchen and direct access to the garden with covered patio.

On the first floor, we have a studio, two single rooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a bathroom for the children and the laundry room. On this floor, a large terrace has also been created.

In the basement, we have two cellars and a room for the technical installations.

At the entrance, there are also two covered parking spaces and an external parking space.
