The building was constructed with a structure of dressed stone for the central part and the facade, which reveals the original stones in perfect condition.

The plaster on the rest of the facades has been renovated every 10 years. The windows are double-glazed with wooden frames, protected by wooden shutters.

The two-pitched roof was completely renovated and insulated in 2008. All the sheet metal work is made of copper. The central gas heating (2017 with radiator distribution) was checked (OIBT test at the end of 2024). Air conditioning and ventilation are new.
