The Sciresa Residence represents a high-quality and sustainable housing solution, located in Faido-Mairengo in the middle Leventina Valley.

The concept of the offer is terraced houses with very high sustainability and energy saving. The houses are built with the highest standard of construction with a wooden load-bearing structure, with the highest levels of plant and technical design.
