The house also has a crawl space, a single garage, and enough space for several vehicles on the forecourt.

The entire house has underfloor heating, and in November 2026, the old oil heating was replaced by a modern heat pump.

The ancillary costs are around 350-400.- per month and are not included in the rent, the settlement is separate and is borne directly by the tenants.
