Hello!
We are Salome and Joël and we're looking for someone to complete our shared apartment. We're uncomplicated, like to be on the go, and are usually active: whether it's sports, being outdoors, or spontaneous trips.
At home, we like to relax. Sometimes we have a joint dinner, a after-work beer on the balcony, or just a quick chat in the kitchen. Otherwise, everyone lives their own life.
The room is 20m² and bright, with a lake view. It's located in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a freshly renovated bathroom with a separate toilet, and a cute balcony.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator available) and is optimally located. The surroundings are quiet and green, but still well connected: the Coop is within a 6-minute walk, and the next bus stop is only 3 minutes away, with a direct connection to Wädenswil train station.
In just a few minutes, you can be by the lake or in the countryside, perfect for jogging, cycling, a walk by the water, or a summer evening with a jump into the lake.
Move-in is possible from December 5th.
