In the Promulins building complex in Samedan, new living space is being created on the 1st and 2nd upper floors. Several 2½-room apartments with a living area of around 46 to 51 m² are available for rent.

The housing offer is particularly aimed at older people who want to live independently and at the same time appreciate the proximity to the Promulins care center. Employees from the health and social services sector are also welcome.

The building is barrier-free with a lift and has its own separate entrance from the care center. Each apartment has its own basement compartment, and laundry rooms are available in the building.
