In the Promulins building complex in Samedan, three new studios with their own kitchen are being built on the 1st floor. With approximately 25 to 26 m², they offer compact, well-thought-out living space for people who want to live independently and shape their daily lives on their own.

The housing offer is particularly aimed at older people who want to live independently and at the same time appreciate the proximity to the Promulins care center. Employees from the healthcare and social services sector are also welcome.

The building is barrier-free with a lift and has its own separate entrance, separate from the care center. Each studio has its own storage room. Laundry rooms are available in the building.

Promulins is located in the immediate vicinity of Samedan train station and is structurally connected to the Promulins care center. Short distances and the Engadine mountain world right outside the door make the location particularly attractive.

Rents (gross per month including ancillary costs): Studio 1 (25.3 m²), Studio 2 (25.9 m²), and Studio 3 (26.1 m²) each CHF 1,200. Garage parking space optional for CHF 120 per month. The rents are based on the principle of cost rent, and the rental agreement is decisive. Available for occupancy from January 2027.
