Since our lovely roommate Noemi is packing her moving boxes and leaving us, a cozy room in a centrally located and extremely spacious 5.5-room old building apartment will be available from December (or by arrangement)! We, that's Fabi (28), Sofie (25), and our sweet part-time dog guest Mali, are looking for a new partner in crime who will enrich our shared living experience! What awaits you in your new home: Your realm: Bright, cozy, and partially or fully furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, depending on the agreement. The apartment: A real dream home with 5.5 rooms! This includes a large, cozy living room, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a practical basement compartment, an additional living room (currently still used as a packaging station), and a balcony with a view of the lake and mountains, including balcony vibes! The neighborhood: Right next door lives a super lovely men's shared apartment. We get along great and regularly meet for an uncomplicated glass of wine or an after-work beer. Who fits perfectly with us: You are ideally female (or at least also into men), in a suitable age range, and an uncomplicated, sociable person. Ideally, you eat a vegetarian diet (not a must). You love dogs and get along well with our little four-legged friend Mali. You appreciate an active shared living experience where you can sometimes clink glasses, chat, and laugh together, but also enjoy your private sphere. The hard facts and finances: Rent: The total rent for the apartment is 2,639 CHF per month (of course, divided fairly). Additional costs: Approx. 7 CHF/month for Mr. Green + proportionate household/legal protection (approx. 200 CHF/year) + electricity (approx. 30 CHF every 3 months). Deposit: 2,600 CHF.
