We rent our bright little house in the garden of Villa Flora. When converting the former laundry house, we emphasized natural materials - the house is equipped with chestnut floors from Ticino and colored clay plaster. The house has its own garden share as a retreat, which you can design and maintain yourself.

If you play a musical instrument, offer therapy sessions, or want to set up a small workshop, you are welcome here.

Environment and location: The house is located in the center of Wädenswil on a spacious plot of land with old tree stock. Next to the house is the villa with three other residential units. Those who live here appreciate the uncomplicated coexistence and the shared atmosphere of the area.
