I: Tim (26) am looking for a roommate for my 4.5 room apartment in the beautiful and quiet Schlössli Dotzigen.

The apartment is located wonderfully, with an even more beautiful view, directly on the edge of the forest.

Bern and Biel can be easily reached by public transport.

I work as a chef in the city of Bern and in my free time I'm mostly active in the kitchen and film food content there.

Room 2 could possibly be your safe space soon.

Room 1 we could share in the best case.

There's also a spacious living room, a large separate kitchen with dishwasher, a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub and private laundry dryer. There's an attic compartment, but no cellar.

Additionally, we have a small private garden + a terrace including a herb garden and seating area, which can be used by all 3 parties. There are also various fruit trees on our land.

The current parties often eat together there or spend the day together with the dog(s) + toddler.

(I'll have my dog at home 3 days a week + party 2 also has a dog. There are also chickens in the garden!)

I'm looking for: an open, communicative roommate.

Since we divide the maintenance work among the parties, helpfulness is a big plus.

Rent: 850.- (including utilities) + any additional costs etc.

(Oil heating - is getting more expensive, possibly the calculated utilities for 2027/2028 will no longer be enough)

Such bills will be divided among the roommates.
