I'm looking for a quiet, educated, and respectful person to share my sunny apartment in Gordola with, starting from December 1, 2026. I'm also open to temporary stays, for a minimum duration of 4 months.

The apartment consists of two rooms (mine and the one for subrent), a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the vineyards. It's very bright, south-facing, and located in a quiet area, ideal for those who love peace and quiet. The bus stop is right in front of the house, while the Gordola train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

The room is already furnished and has a bed, a large dresser, and a storage unit where you can comfortably store your belongings. There's also my closet with some personal items in the room, which I might need to access occasionally. I prefer to mention this from the start, as it's also reflected in the room's price, which I've slightly lowered.

The rent is CHF 650 per month, plus CHF 70 in expenses. The deposit is CHF 600.

I'm 27 years old, a sociable and active person who loves the mountains, outdoor sports, nature, and travel. I prefer a serene and welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home and have their own space, while sharing the common areas pleasantly.

For me, it's very important to have mutual respect and to keep the kitchen, bathroom, and other shared spaces clean and tidy. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who takes care of the house and with whom it's pleasant to live together, without too many complications!

And then there's Julie, my dog, who naturally lives with us in the house.
