I'm looking for a sublessee for a studio apartment with a cost of CHF 580.00 + CHF 80.00 expenses for a total of CHF 660.00 all inclusive, close to bus stop, supermarkets, post office and various services

The studio apartment has just been repainted and has a vinyl floor with a wood effect, I haven't lived there yet, it also has a basement and a shared laundry room with its own washing machine and coin-operated dryer.

I took it a few months ago because I live next door and wanted to increase my space, but in the end I decided to look for a sublessee, the studio apartment is ideal for its tranquility and convenience to everything.
