Room in a shared apartment in Felsberg (available from January 2027 or by agreement)
Since my current roommate is moving out at the end of December for professional reasons, I am looking for an uncomplicated roommate for my 4.5-room apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Felsberg.
The apartment is modern, cozy, and fully furnished. There is a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and ceramic glass stove, two bathrooms, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Of course, the entire furniture can be used.
The room for rent has its own bathroom. The office and basement can be used jointly.
What is important to me when living together:
No purpose-built shared apartment where everyone just does their own thing. I consider an uncomplicated and harmonious coexistence important, where you get along well, maybe even cook or eat together sometimes, or just chat a bit. At the same time, everyone should have their own free space and be able to withdraw at any time. Everything is easy-going.
I also have a garden bed from which I always harvest fresh vegetables. This is naturally shared. If you like to garden, you can also let off steam in the garden.
About the location:
Felsberg is super located, especially if you like to be outdoors. By bike, you can reach Chur in about 10-15 minutes and take a beautiful route along the Rhine.
The forest is directly behind the house, and a bouldering hall is only about 5 minutes away. In the summer, you can reach the Rhine in a few minutes to cool off, and in the winter, you can also go ice bathing there.
In the village, there is a small Coop for the most necessary purchases. Otherwise, you can quickly get to Chur or Domat/Ems, where there are further shopping possibilities.
So you live in a beautiful, quiet area and in the middle of nature, but are still quickly everywhere.
A bit about me:
I am 32 years old and work in a hospital. When I'm not working, I'm usually climbing, bouldering, or somewhere else in the mountains. I'm pretty uncomplicated and would be happy to find someone who sees cohabitation similarly to me.
By the way, my two young cats also live in the apartment.
Costs:

• Room with private bathroom: CHF 915.- per month including utilities
• Parking space in the underground garage: CHF 120.- per month (with direct elevator to the apartment)
• Outdoor parking space: CHF 80.- per month
