In our 4-person shared flat in Chur, two rooms will become available on January 1st or by arrangement. Two female students from the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden will remain in the flat and are looking forward to new flatmates.
The rooms:
If interested, various furniture can be taken over by arrangement.
Our shared flat has two bathrooms (1 × toilet and 1 × shower/toilet). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for four people. The spacious living room is equipped with everything you need and provides access to a balcony. Additionally, we have a private basement room, a shared laundry room, and a bike room at our disposal.
The location:
The apartment is located in a practical and well-connected area in Chur. Migros, Coop, post office, and pharmacy are located directly in the residential block. Two bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, and the train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
About us:
We are two female students from the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden and appreciate an uncomplicated, pleasant, and respectful cohabitation. Our shared flat is generally quiet. We like to cook together occasionally or exchange ideas in everyday life. At the same time, it is important to us that everyone has their own free space and can withdraw at any time.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for two new flatmates between the ages of 20 and 30 who fit well into our shared flat everyday life. Important to us are respectful interaction, reliability, and fair participation in the common household. We are looking forward to people who are open to a communal shared flat life but also respect the privacy of others. Important for one of the two new flatmates: You should be able to imagine taking over half of the main rent (together with one of the current occupants).
If needed, an outdoor parking space can also be rented directly in front of the apartment for CHF 60.-/month.
Ideally, you are looking for a long-term home and can imagine being part of our shared flat for a longer period.
