The apartment spans two floors and consists of a large communal living kitchen, a spacious rooftop terrace, a bathroom (shower, toilet, two sinks, washing machine & dryer), a small bathroom (shower, toilet, one sink), four bedrooms, and a cellar for shared use. The bedrooms are 12-14m² in size. We are looking for open-minded, sociable, queer-friendly people, FINTA preferred, to join our shared flat. About us: Jasmine (29, she), works at SBB, is politically active, often at the riding stable, and Lucas (25, he), studies English and German literature in Basel, passionate boulderer and big music lover. The apartment is located in the old town, the building is part of the old city wall. The Büchelistrasse is a residential street, only authorized delivery services are allowed. The train station is 7 minutes' walk away, various shopping options are right outside the door.
The rent includes utilities (excluding electricity and WLAN).
