Description
I'm 28 years old and looking for a new roommate for my apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, except for the advertised room.
The apartment is on the 5th floor. From the balcony, you have a view of Rigi and Pilatus. Morning sun until around 13:00. There are two rooms to choose from, green or yellow (see floor plan photo in attachment). The other room is intended for shared use. (Currently an office and laundry room) However, I'm open to other ideas.
The apartment has a balcony with a great view. Shopping opportunities and restaurants, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. (Aldi/Coop/Bakery > 2 minutes on foot)
A bus stop is located directly in front of the building (Busschleife station). You can reach Lucerne train station in about 15-20 minutes.
Wi-Fi and TV are included in the rent. The kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms (guest toilet + large bathroom with bathtub) are available for shared use. Everything except the room to be rented is furnished.
Additional costs such as electricity, water, etc. are divided among the tenants proportionally.
A parking space (underground garage with lift access) can be rented for an additional CHF 130.- per month.
Laundry room and tumble dryer are available. Approximately CHF 1 - max CHF 2.- per wash.
No pets allowed.
