We are looking for a roommate in our shared apartment in Kilchberg. It is quietly located in a single-family home with plenty of space, a rooftop terrace, and a large garden. There are good connections to buses and trains; with public transportation or by bike, you can reach Zurich's main station in about 20 minutes. Due to the current shared apartment constellation, we give priority to FINTA individuals. We would also find it nice if the new person speaks/learns German.

We are Janick (33), Lara (35), Arn (4), and Joé (32), and we are interested in designing, gardening, cycling, live concerts, DIY, bouldering, and much more... Our life together is relaxed, and we enjoy common dinners or casual get-togethers. If you want to lend a hand in the garden or around the house, that's very welcome :)

The room is approximately 17m2 in size, has windows on both sides, with a view of the greenery on one side and access to the inner courtyard on the other. The jointly used area of the house consists of a large living room with kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom, and separate toilet. Additionally, there is a basement, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a parking and garage space.
