We are looking for a subtenant as of January 1, 2027 for our spacious and very quietly located apartment in Horgen, Käpfnach.
The apartment has a large wrap-around balcony and a beautiful view of the greenery. The bright living room with window fronts on two sides brings a lot of daylight and a warm atmosphere.
The surroundings are very family-friendly, kindergarten, daycare centers, and schools are nearby. The neighborhood is great.
The highlights of the apartment
The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful area for families. Kindergarten Rietwies and Käpfnach and primary school are within walking distance.
The bus stops Risi/Dow and Rietli are easily accessible on foot. Lake Zurich with a public beach and the Käpfnach sports pool are about an eight-minute walk away. The location is also practical by car: the highway can be reached in about three minutes.
Parking options
An outdoor parking space directly in front of the house belongs to the apartment and can be rented for CHF 80 per month. An underground parking space is also available. The costs are about twice as high (we only have an outdoor space, so no cost information).
