We are looking for a tenant for our beautiful 4.5-room apartment on the ground floor at Eichwisstrasse 29 in 8634 Hombrechtikon. Move-in date to be agreed upon.

The apartment has two garden areas and a basement compartment.
Since we are moving, we would like to pass on our furniture to the tenant:
Samsung washing machine (new): CHF 400. IKEA MALM bed 140 × 200 cm including mattress and slatted frame: CHF 200. Box spring bed 180 × 200 cm (new): CHF 700. Sofa (new): CHF 200. Wardrobe (new): CHF 500.
Total price of furniture: CHF 2'000.
Additionally, we would like to give away the entire garden inventory of both gardens, including privacy screens, fences, garden hoses, etc., free of charge.
We prefer interested parties who are willing to take over all furniture and garden inventory.
