We are Mattia (25), a food technologist from St. Gallen, Larissa (23), a florist from Thurgau, and Jeannine (21), a businesswoman, also from Thurgau. Together, we live in the most beautiful place in the world - okay, maybe we're not entirely objective, but the breathtaking view of the Alpstein definitely speaks for itself! Now we're just missing a great roommate to complete our shared apartment.
Where we live
Our shared apartment is located in a former farmhouse that was completely demolished and rebuilt about 30 years ago. We live in the middle of nature between Appenzell and Steinegg, surrounded by nature and with a view that delights us every day. Despite the idyllic location, everything is quickly accessible by bike:

• Steinegg train station: approx. 3 minutes
• Hirschberg train station: approx. 5 minutes
• Appenzell train station: approx. 7 minutes
• Appenzell village center: approx. 7 minutes
• Migros, Coop, Spar, and Lidl: approx. 10 minutes

Here, you can enjoy the peace and nature without having to sacrifice proximity to the village and good infrastructure.
How we want to live together
We wish for a shared apartment where everyone can retreat to their room when they need rest, but also spend time together. Whether cooking together, hiking, climbing, or simply doing something spontaneous - we look forward to an uncomplicated and cordial cohabitation, where each person has their freedom and yet the togetherness is not neglected. Our apartment spans two floors and has two bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and offers a modern oven and a dishwasher, everything your heart desires. A washing machine is located in the basement. The apartment also has some built-in closets that you can use. There's also enough space in the garage for your bike and other sports equipment. In front of the house, there's a large garden where we try to be self-sufficient. If you have a green thumb and like to garden, you can let your ideas run wild here. A parking space is also available. Next to our shared apartment, there's the landlord's apartment and another attic apartment in the house. Our landlord also has two very loving cats that visit us from time to time.
