Hello, I rent for the winter season a very bright studio of 36m2 (including balcony) in the heart of the Haute Nendaz ski resort with a southeast-facing balcony (view of the plain and the mountains). In winter, it is sunny from morning to early afternoon and is very well heated.
Rental period: winter season 2026-27.
The rent is 1200 Swiss francs/month + 100 francs of charges for the winter season 2026-****Plus

The studio is on the 1st floor but at the same level as the entrance of the building (very practical). It is 2 minutes walk from many shops (Migros, butcher, bakery, bars, tea rooms, etc.) and 8 minutes walk from the Nendaz-Tracouet cable car (there are free shuttles to get there). Ice rink and spas (spa of the 4 Vallées hotel) are 6 minutes walk away.
The studio has 1 fold-down bed at the entrance (separated from the main room by a door), 2 fold-down beds in the main room, and a large sofa bed. The studio is ideally designed for 1 or 2 people with the possibility of accommodating visitors. Bedding (sheets, duvets, and pillows for 2 people).
In addition, the studio is equipped with a kitchenette with 4 ceramic hobs, a small fridge, an oven, a small bathroom with a bathtub, a fireplace, a ski locker in a neighboring room on the ground floor of the building, and Wi-Fi.
Small defects:
There is no parking space available in front of the building, except for a temporary stopping place for unloading the car. After unloading, you need to park in the city, for example in the Pré de la patinoire parking lot (Plaine des Ecluses), which is a 3-4 minute walk from the building.
There is no TV subscription. However, there is a large screen that can be connected to a PC (HDMI connection).
