I am looking for a person to share a 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) in Via Bugaro 23, Riazzino, just 15 minutes from Locarno. The house and balcony offer a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.
THE APARTMENT
Completely renovated, unfurnished
New kitchen with appliances (oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator)
Two bright rooms; the large room has a patio door with access to the balcony
Bathroom with washing machine, cellar and 1 parking space near the house
Swimming pool and garden available, with pergola
MONTHLY RENT PER ROOM (free choice)
Large room: 740 CHF/month
Small room: 650 CHF/month
Additional costs excluded (electricity, water, internet/TV, snow removal), to be shared
CONDITIONS
Deposit: 2'085 CHF (half of 3 months' rent) or SwissCaution
Available immediately.
Contract for an indefinite period, with a notice period of 3 months to the end of March or September
Only applications from solvent and seriously interested persons will be considered
Residence permit B or C, or Swiss citizenship
No pets, no smokers (the apartment is non-smoking)
