Hello!

We're Guillaume and Charlotte, two best friends aged 30, young professionals and flatmates in a superb 122 m² apartment in Rossens. A room will be available from November 1st, 2026, and we're looking for a new person to share our apartment with!

Whether you're looking for a place to stay for a few months or a longer period, we're open to both possibilities.

The apartment and its little extras

Located on the 3rd and top floor of a professional building where we're the only private residents, the apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and ready to welcome you. No need to move your entire house: just unpack your bags!

What to expect:

• A furnished room with your own key
• A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, shared with Guillaume
• Access to all common areas of the apartment
• A balcony to enjoy the nice days
• Your own parking space
• Cleaning twice a month (2 hours per visit), including common areas and bathroom
• Utilities included: electricity, water, and heating
• Your own keys for the room, entrance, and mailbox
• A large elevator to facilitate moves (and shopping!)

And of course, the two four-legged flatmates!

Charly and Arthur, our two very friendly cats, are also part of the adventure. You should therefore appreciate the company of furballs.

And life in the shared apartment?

We enjoy discussing over a drink, sharing meals, playing board games, and spending good times together. But we also respect each person's rhythm, intimacy, and space.

The idea is to find someone with whom cohabitation comes naturally, in a friendly, simple, and respectful atmosphere. You don't have to be together all the time, but it's nice to be able to share good times when you feel like it!
