From January 1st or by agreement earlier, a sunny shared room will be available in a bright 4.5-room house, with a large garden, cozy seating area, and balcony.
The room (12 m² for 800.-) is located on the ground floor and is rented unfurnished. If needed, a bed and a dresser can be provided.
We jointly use a bright and open living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a basement and laundry room with a washing machine. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. A special plus is the large studio with direct access to the garden, which can also be used as an office. The community rooms are already furnished.
The location is great: in 5 minutes you can walk to the lake, in 4 minutes to the Uetikon train station, and in 20 minutes by train to Zurich's main station.
About us: We are Gina (33), working in the media industry in Chur and not at home from Monday to Wednesday, Marie (34), working as a florist and taking the train at 5 am, and Ceiba, a small dachshund (3), who warms the heart with her dachshund gaze. We are open, cordial, and enjoy being around people, but we also appreciate quiet evenings at home. We look forward to cooking and eating together, having conversations, or enjoying an aperitif together ;)
We wish to have a roommate (between 25 and 50 years old) who enjoys a relaxed and friendly shared living experience. Someone who just sleeps here doesn't fit with us. It would be nice if we could occasionally do something together. At the same time, we also allow each other the necessary freedom. Important to us are respectful interaction, good communication, humor, as well as cleanliness and order, so that everyone feels comfortable.
We have a limited contract for the house until the end of August 2027. However, this will likely be extended.
