The property is located in the village of La Fontaine, just 5 minutes from the center of Martigny and the highway. It's a bright apartment, quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a simple and practical place to live. Parking for 1 car and bus stop at 30 meters.
The apartment consists of 2 large rooms, living room and bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and space for a washing machine. There is also a laundry room available. Wood heating, with large stone ovens and electric heaters. Large cellar for storing wood and belongings. Nice walks to be done in the surroundings or larger hikes higher at the Forclaz. Small pets are accepted.
The owners require a complete file, solvent person, (identity document, extract from the debt collection register, liability insurance, pay slips or pension certificates, deposit 2 months).
The apartment is UNFURNISHED. The large wardrobe in the bedroom, the round table and the dishwashers in the kitchen belong to the owner, you can keep them or have them removed.
