I am renting out my furnished shared flat room for 3 months. The room is two-story with a gallery and has a private bathroom with bathtub/shower, which can be reached through the room.
In addition to the spacious shared flat room, there is a large, charming communal living area (kitchen, living room, winter garden, garden, basement).
You can reach the bus stop in 3 minutes and Wädenswil train station by bus in 9 minutes.
Alternatively, Au train station is a 13-minute walk away.
The ZHAW can be easily reached by public transport in 20-30 minutes, depending on the campus.
In the shared flat, apart from me (w), there are 4 guys aged between 23-37 years old. Two of them study at the ZHAW and two work. We generally have a very uncomplicated relationship. Everyone pursues their activities, but we also like to spend time together. For the communal life to work, we rely on order and everyone contributing with small tasks.
Pets are not allowed. Couples will not be considered.
