About us:

We are a cooperative and are looking for open, communicative tenants who appreciate the tolerant coexistence and the generation mix within our community. We are pleased if you would like to actively contribute to the life of the cooperative.

The property:

Our settlement at Genossenschaftsstrasse 1–13 in Muttenz is centrally located, close to the campus of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and the Polyfeld Muttenz. Muttenz train station, a bus stop, and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The apartments:

We are renting from mid-February 2027 or by agreement a 4-room apartment with approximately 102 sqm on the 3rd floor WITHOUT an elevator.

Rental conditions

Prior to moving in, a rent deposit in the amount of three months' rent must be deposited into a tenant deposit account. This will be converted into cooperative capital at a later date. We therefore cannot accept rent guarantee insurance or similar models.

Pets:

Dogs are not allowed in our settlements. Apartment cats are permitted; the installation of a cat net requires approval.
