The apartment is located in the popular Zelgliquartier, an attractive residential area of Aarau.

The public transportation stop Binzenhof is located immediately at the property. The Aarau train station is just one stop away and, according to the original rental documentation, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot. The train station has numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and very good train connections to Zurich, Basel, Bern, and Olten.

The highway connections are also reachable within a few minutes.
