Upstairs, there is a large, beautiful terrace with a view of the mountains (Pilatus) for all residents. It also has sun loungers and an electric grill.

The apartment is super centrally located. Right next door is a Migros, Denner, Lidl, a gas station, and various restaurants. In 6 minutes, you are in the city of Lucerne at the train station. The bus/train station is also almost in front of the door :)

Since the building is very modern, it is super insulated and you don't hear any neighbors at all.

I'm looking forward to a tidy and respectful roommate who is a non-smoker.

Having a joint evening every now and then would be nice, but it's just as okay if everyone stays to themselves.
