My name is Marco, I'm 32 years old and I'm planning a small trip of two and a half months, from December 26, 2026 to the end of February 2027. Therefore, I'm looking for a creative and motivated roommate (m/f) who would like to temporarily represent me in the shared flat where I live near Lake Zurich in Feldmeilen. The shared flat is a lively place of community living with plenty of space for conversations, joint dinners, new projects, and personal development for all residents.
The maisonette apartment has a beautiful, bright kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a separate shower, a spacious cellar, and a large living room (35 m²) with a charming tiled stove and a lake view. We also have six bedrooms. Currently, five of the rooms are occupied, the last one is a guest room. My room has morning sun and a view of the garden. It also has a practical direct access to the bathroom with shower and a toilet right next to the room. I'm renting the room including a French bed, a height-adjustable desk, a comfortable office chair, and a built-in wardrobe.
The price, including utilities and furniture, is 800 CHF per month.
The bright apartment in a historic building is surrounded by greenery, between a vineyard and the community garden. This means that those who love the lake and greenery are in the right place. And if you occasionally feel like going to the city, you can reach the center of Zurich by train in 20 minutes (Herrliberg-Feldmeilen station).
We are Somea (29), who would love to be a squirrel that whistles loudly and flies from tree to tree. Marion (30), who feels most comfortable in, under, or above water. And finally, Mark (31), a creative person with incredible manual skills and many ideas for new projects, for home and beyond. And finally, Alexandra (37) and her incredibly sweet cat.
All my roommates work or study. Together, we like to spend our free time outdoors, cooking and laughing with friends, experiencing small and big adventures, and starting new projects.
