A quarter of an hour's walk from Bellevue and Lake Zurich, and from the balcony, you can see directly into the greenery and hear the stream in front of the house. Since we will be traveling in the first half of 2027, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 4.5-room apartment from January 1 to June 30, 2027.

The apartment has 86 m², is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained multi-family house (without elevator) and is particularly suitable for a family or a couple who will be living in Zurich for a few months.

Location

The apartment is located in 8032 Zurich, between the city and the forest edge. Bakeries and shopping facilities are nearby; tram 4 and bus 33 are quickly accessible.

The forest begins directly in front of the house door. You can walk up the hill to a farm with pigs, horses, and rabbits or follow the stream towards Lake Zurich and in a few minutes, you are in the midst of Zurich's city life with restaurants, cinemas, theaters, and museums.

In addition, a table tennis table is located right next to the house, and we have very nice and helpful neighbors.
