Since I, Pablo (34), will be leaving our shared apartment on January 1st, Ramon (22) and Lyndon (22) are looking for a new roommate.

The two are uncomplicated, tidy, and appreciate a clean home. An Ämtliplan is available.
At the same time, they also enjoy their peace and respect personal space. However, they also like to do things together occasionally, without obligation.
The location is super practical: The FHGR is right nearby, as are various shopping options. The bus stop is directly in front of the house.
Washing machine and dryer are located directly in the apartment. Additionally, there is a bicycle cellar and a small storage room.
