Less than 5 minutes walk from La Tour-de-Peilz station, the lake, and shops. Ideal for those working on the Riviera or in Lausanne (25 minutes by train).
Conditions
Net rent CHF 1'400.- + advance payment for charges CHF 200.- = CHF 1'600.- per month. Rent guarantee CHF 4'200.- (bank account or guarantee company). Current lease in the name of Régie Braun SA, which validates the dossier and establishes the new contract, without takeover fees.
