I'm renting out my furnished room in a beautiful shared apartment in Flims starting October 1st; the move-in date is somewhat flexible.

We're currently three women in the shared apartment and have a very pleasant, quiet, and clean living atmosphere. We're all very independent and have our own lives. At the same time, we enjoy having a meal together or a cozy evening every now and then.
The house is beautifully and very quietly located, with a great view over Flims. From the rear balcony, you have a wonderful view of the mountains, Galaaxy. From the front side, you look out onto the pool and into the greenery.
I'm ideally looking for someone who appreciates peace, cleanliness, and relaxed cohabitation and enjoys living in an independent shared apartment.
