We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy shared apartment in the middle of Langstrasse. The room is approximately 15m² in size and is located in our 5th-floor apartment.

We are Mona (F, 25) and Aaron (M, 25) and have been living here for a year. We feel very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment and the location - right in the middle of the action, but still pleasant to live in.

Due to our different working hours, it's usually quite quiet with us. We both appreciate our privacy, but we also like to chat when we meet in the apartment - over a cup of tea, a beer, or just briefly in the kitchen.
Living together is uncomplicated and relaxed with us.

That's why we're looking for someone who also appreciates a straightforward shared apartment life and is looking for a pleasant home.

Important framework conditions (please read):

• Role: You take over the apartment as the official main tenant for 2900.-/month (the administration must approve the takeover, and a debt collection report and solvency are required).* Accordingly, you or your guarantor must have a minimum gross income of CHF 8700.- per month.
• Subletting: Aaron and Mona will remain as subtenants in the apartment for at least 6 months.
• Aaron is already looking for a follow-up solution in the short term. This means for you: as soon as he moves out, his room (rent: CHF 835.-) will become available. You will then have the opportunity to shape the shared apartment and potentially bring in a person of your choice into the second room.
• Deposit: The rent deposit will be transferred to you when you take over, or your share will be regulated.
