I am looking for a suitable successor to take over my existing tenancy for my cozy 2½-room apartment in Kleindietwil immediately or by agreement.

The new rental agreement will be concluded directly between the landlord and the selected successor. The final selection is made by the landlord.

Important – Landlord's requirements

Since a suitable successor is being sought, we ask that you only arrange a viewing if you can fully meet the following requirements.

The landlord wishes to have a reliable and solvent person who:

• is employed or a pensioner,

• can provide a debt collection report without debts,

• can provide the last three income/salary statements,

• can submit a completed tenant self-report.

Please bring the required documents to the viewing in paper form or submit them in advance by email.

Please do not arrange a viewing if you do not meet these requirements or cannot provide the required documents. This saves all parties involved unnecessary effort.

Pets

Pets are generally allowed, but max. 1 cat or 1 dog.

A dog should not be left alone in the apartment for the whole day, if possible.

Further procedure

The landlord would like to get to know the interested person in person before concluding the contract.

The final selection is made exclusively by the landlord. The new rental agreement will be concluded directly between the landlord and the selected person afterwards.
