I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful apartment in the heart of Chur's old town.

The apartment is conveniently located - the Malteser bus stop is less than 1 minute away on foot and the train station is only a few minutes' walk. The bars, cafes, and shops of the old town, as well as the Saturday market, are right outside the front door. Therefore, it can be a bit louder on Friday and Saturday evenings in the summer.

The apartment itself offers the typical charm of an old building. The large kitchen/dining room provides ample storage space and the two rooms offer plenty of light thanks to their generous windows, despite the old town location. There are wall cabinets in the bedroom and kitchen. In the small hallway leading to the bathroom, there is also some storage space and a window to the inner courtyard provides light there as well. Additionally, a bicycle cellar and a cellar compartment belong to the apartment.

Regarding the move-in date, I am flexible between November 15, 2026, and January 1, 2027.

Regarding pets: my previous tenant had a cat and I was allowed to have a dog visit.
