I am renting out my furnished room in a beautiful shared apartment in Flims from October 1st, with a somewhat flexible move-in date.

We are currently two women in the shared apartment and have a very pleasant, quiet, and clean living atmosphere. We are all very independent and have our own lives. At the same time, we enjoy having a joint meal or a cozy evening together from time to time.
The house is beautifully and very quietly located, with a great view over Flims. From the rear balcony, you have a wonderful view of the mountains and on clear nights even of the Milky Way. From the front side, you look out onto the pool and into the greenery.
I am ideally looking for someone who appreciates peace, cleanliness, and relaxed cohabitation and likes to live in an independent shared apartment.
