Only two adult persons would live in the apartment. My 10-year-old son will stay with me part-time.
Two evenings a week, the apartment is yours alone. I have rehearsals in the evening.
The apartment is located on the border with Wollishofen and Kilchberg.
Very quiet location, forest with a fireplace across the street, large garden, balcony, chimney, basement, attic, garage available as needed (CHF 150), EV charging possibility available as needed.
Wollishofen highway - 300m away.
Bus stop Bus line 66 - 50m away.

The apartment has a nearly soundproof room for making music in a decent setting. I teach a little at home.
