Hello!
Unfortunately, I'm leaving my room in Waldistrasse 17, Adliswil, for work-related reasons, so I'm looking for someone to take over my contract. The stay needs to start on 26/10/2026 at the earliest, because administration needs a couple of weeks to issue a permit for new tenants. The contract has a fixed end date of 30/09/2027.
The house has three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony, and is shared with two other flatmates. It is just 10 minutes away from Sihlau train station, from which you can get to the centre of Zürich in some 20 minutes. It's also close to several supermarkets and the area is nice and quiet.
